By using Terminal 7 (the site, its pages, the stream, Stream Pay and the forum) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
Everything on Terminal 7 is information, not advice: prices, charts, scores (REAL, compound, conviction, CLOBr), top picks, alerts, the brain, the Wallet X-Ray, leaderboards and anything posted in the forum or chat. Nothing here tells you to buy, sell or hold anything. Do your own research and decide for yourself.
The T7 bot's buys and sells shown on the site are paper trades (practice, no real money) unless we clearly say otherwise. Past results, paper or real, don't predict future ones.
CRYPTO IS RISKY
The coins shown here are highly volatile and many lose most or all of their value, sometimes within minutes (rugs, bundles, dumps). Only use money you can afford to lose. Blockchain transactions are final: we can't reverse, refund or recover them.
THE DATA CAN BE WRONG
We read public blockchain data and outside services (Jupiter, DexScreener, stonkfun, the Stonk Board, CLOBr, KOLlector and others). Any of it can be late, missing or wrong, and scores are estimates. The site can be down or change at any time.
YOUR WALLET, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
We never hold your money or your keys. Wallet apps (Phantom, Solflare, Jupiter, Backpack and others) are run by their own companies. If you sign in with email, Google or X, your wallet is made and secured by Privy (privy.io), under Privy's own terms; its key is held by Privy and you, never by us. Swaps on the site run through Jupiter, and card purchases through the provider you pick: each under its own terms. Check every transaction before you approve it. You are responsible for your wallet, what you sign and any taxes.
STREAM PAY, TTS AND ADS
Tips, paid messages, TTS and ad payments go on-chain straight to the person or service they're for, and are final. A streamer may hold, skip or remove messages. Don't send anything you expect back.
THE FORUM AND CHAT
You're responsible for what you post. No scams, no impersonation, no spam, no illegal content, no threats or harassment, no doxxing. Mods may hide or delete posts and ban wallets. Posts are other people's opinions, not ours.
USING THE SITE
You must be 18 or older and allowed by your country's laws to use crypto services. Don't attack, overload or scrape the site, get around its limits, or use it for anything illegal. The site's design, code and content belong to Terminal 7 (all rights reserved).
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: NO LIABILITY
You use Terminal 7 entirely at your own risk. It is provided "as is" and "as available", with no promises or warranties of any kind: not that it's accurate, complete, safe, available or fit for any purpose.
Terminal 7 and the people who run it accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind, however it happens: trading losses, lost or stolen tokens, missed trades, wrong or late data, scores or alerts, outages, bugs, hacks, other services' failures (wallets, Privy, Jupiter, Solana, data providers), anything posted by others, or anything else connected to the site. By using it you agree not to make any claim against them for it.
If a court decides that the law where you live doesn't allow some of this, that part applies as fully as that law allows, and the most anyone can be owed in total is the smallest amount that law allows, and never more than US$50.
YOU COVER YOUR OWN ACTIONS
If someone makes a claim against Terminal 7 or the people who run it because of what you did (your posts, your trades or payments, breaking these terms or the law), you agree to cover the costs, including reasonable legal fees.
IF ONE PART DOESN'T HOLD
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
CHANGES
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
