ACCESSIBILITY
Terminal 7 (terminal7.xyz) · last updated October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Terminal 7, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, zoom, or reduced motion.
WHAT WE AIM FOR
We're working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. Today the site:
- works with the keyboard for menus, buttons and the sign-in, shows a clear outline on whatever has keyboard focus, and closes pop-ups with Escape;
- labels its icon buttons for screen readers;
- follows your device's reduce-motion setting (no page animations);
- can be zoomed, and works on phones and computers;
- meets the guidelines' contrast levels for text, including the small grey labels;
- keeps the closed menu out of the way of keyboards and screen readers.
WHAT'S STILL HARD
- Live charts, the brain and other moving visuals are drawn as graphics: their numbers aren't all readable by a screen reader yet.
- Parts made by other services (Privy's sign-in, Jupiter's swap box, wallet apps, the embedded stream) are theirs, and we can't fully change them.
- Prices and alerts update often; screen readers may not announce every change.
We fix these as we go, and check the main pages with an automated accessibility test (axe) when they change. Last check: October 2026, no issues found on the pages tested.
