Tips are paid in USDC on Solana (and a little SOL pays the network fee). Here's how to get some, or turn tips into money in your bank.

Buy SOL (or USDC) with a card. A little SOL also pays each tip's network fee (under a cent).

Cash out

For streamers: tips land in your wallet. To get them to your bank:

  1. Open an account with Coinbase or Kraken (they'll check your ID once).
  2. In it, find Receive / Deposit for USDC (or SOL) and pick the Solana network. Copy that address.
  3. From your wallet, send the USDC there. Send a small amount first to check.
  4. Sell it for dollars (USDC is already 1:1), then withdraw to your bank.
