Privacy

The short version

We keep what the service needs: wallet addresses, your page and settings, and the tips and messages sent through it.
We don't sell your data and don't run ads or ad trackers.
Anything on the Solana blockchain (wallets, amounts, transactions) is public by nature and can't be erased by anyone.

What we keep

Sign-in: the wallet addresses you sign in with (proved by a signed message, never a key). Signing in with email, Google or X happens at Privy, which makes your wallet; we receive the wallet address, not your password. If you add Google sign-in directly, we keep its account id and email.
Your page: username, display name, payout wallet, alert look and sound, filters, goals and other dashboard settings; your plan and referral details.
Payments: for each tip, paid message, plan or reward: amount, token, the name and message typed in, the paying and receiving wallets, the transaction, and times. Unpaid orders are deleted after about a week.
Paid messages and replies, kept so the receiver and the sender (signed in with the paying wallet) can read them.
Verified accounts (Twitch, Kick, X, YouTube, Discord, Telegram, pump.fun) come from your Terminal 7 profile: just each account's handle and id, never a login token. See Terminal 7's privacy page.
Technical: a sign-in cookie, and a few settings in your browser (like your last wallet or one-tap limit). Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses to deliver the site and stop abuse.

Your page: its link (your username or your payout wallet), display name, tagline, verified accounts, and your top supporters' names and totals (never their wallets).
Tips you send appear on the streamer's stream, history and leaderboards under the name you typed ("anon" if none).
On the blockchain, every payment is visible to anyone, as with any Solana transaction.

We don't sell or rent personal data. We use these providers only to run the service:

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Solana RPC providers (Helius and public nodes) to build and check transactions.
Google (Text-to-Speech, or its free voice) receives the text of messages read out, to make the audio.
Privy for email / Google / X sign-in and its wallets; MoonPay, Coinbase, Kraken or others only when you choose to use them, under their own privacy policies.
Streamers see, for tips and messages sent to them, the name, message, amount and paying wallet.

We may share information if the law requires it, or to stop fraud and abuse.

You can change your page and settings at any time, make new overlay links, and turn paid messages off.
To delete your account and the data we hold (except what we must keep, and what's on the blockchain), message @Terminal7xyz on X from an account linked to it, or ask from your signed-in dashboard.

Stream Pay is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
