Terms of Use
Last updated October 17, 2026
The short version
- Stream Pay lets viewers tip streamers (and anyone) in USDC on Solana, send paid private messages, and lets streamers reward supporters.
- Money goes straight from the sender's wallet to the receiver's in one transaction. We never hold anyone's money or keys.
- Payments are final: no refunds, no chargebacks.
- You must be 18 or older. Keep messages legal and decent; streamers can hold or skip anything.
1. What Stream Pay is
Stream Pay ("we", "us") is software, part of Terminal 7 at terminal7.xyz, that builds payment transactions on the Solana blockchain and shows alerts on a streamer's broadcast. When you pay, your own wallet signs and sends the transaction; the funds move directly between wallets. We are not a bank, exchange, payment processor or money transmitter, and we never take custody of funds.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 and allowed to use crypto where you live.
- You sign in with a Solana wallet, or with email, Google or X through Privy, which makes you a wallet (Privy holds its key with you, not us). You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and its security. We can't recover lost wallets or reverse transactions.
- One wallet is one account. Your tip page is your wallet's link (terminal7.xyz/pay/w/<wallet>). A username (terminal7.xyz/pay/@name) must be the handle of an account you verified on Terminal 7 (X, Twitch, Kick, YouTube…); a verified owner can claim back a name someone else holds.
3. Payments, fees and plans
- Final: tips, paid messages and plan purchases are final once sent on chain. There are no refunds or chargebacks. If a tip was meant for someone else, only its receiver can send it back.
- Fees: on the free plan, 3% of each tip or paid message goes to Stream Pay in the same transaction. With a monthly ($9) or annual ($79) plan there is no fee. Plans start right away, add to any time left, and aren't refunded. We may change prices for the future; we'll show them before you pay.
- Referrals: a streamer who signs up through your link sends you part of our fee on their tips for a limited time, in the same transaction. Referral terms can change for new sign-ups.
- Network costs: the sender pays Solana's network fee (under a cent), and sometimes the one-time cost of opening a receiver's USDC account.
- Amounts are shown in dollars; SOL amounts are converted at the price when the transaction is built.
4. Streamers and receivers
- Tips and messages you receive are yours, sent to the payout wallet you set. Taxes on them are your responsibility.
- You are responsible for your stream and for following your platform's rules (Twitch, Kick, YouTube…). Our filters help, but you decide what plays: you can hold, skip or reject messages, and set minimums.
- Your overlay and widget links act like passwords. Keep them private; make a new one on the dashboard if one leaks.
- Rewards you send go from your own wallet. Don't run giveaways that require paying to enter: in many places that counts as an illegal lottery.
5. Senders and message rules
Messages may be read aloud on live streams. Don't send anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing or threatening, sexual content involving minors, scams or phishing, malware or links meant to harm, other people's personal information (doxxing), impersonation, or spam. Filters may hold or hide messages, streamers may skip them, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without refunding payments.
Paid private messages go to the receiver's inbox and are never shown on stream. Paying doesn't guarantee a reply, and messages aren't refunded.
6. Other services
Stream Pay relies on services we don't control: the Solana network, wallets, Privy (email / Google / X sign-in), Google (voices), and, when you choose them, providers such as MoonPay, Coinbase and Kraken for buying or selling crypto, and Jupiter for swaps on Terminal 7. Using them is between you and them, under their terms. We may earn a referral fee from some of these partners.
7. No advice, and crypto risk
Nothing here is financial, investment or tax advice. Crypto prices move, transactions can't be reversed, and networks or services can fail or be delayed. You use Stream Pay at your own risk.
8. Suspension
We may pause or close accounts or usernames that break these terms, are used for fraud or abuse, or when the law requires it. Payments already made stay with whoever received them.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Stream Pay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost funds from wallet or network issues, mistakes in addresses or amounts you approve, or the actions of other users or services. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continuing to use Stream Pay means you accept the new version. Questions: message @Terminal7xyz on X.
